A Wellbeing & Health Coach is a trained partner who works with you to achieve health and wellbeing goals. They believe you are the expert your own life and help you change beliefs and behaviors to improve your overall wellbeing.

Whether you are in transition, have a new diagnosis, struggle with chronic illness, or want to enhance your life, the focus is on your overall health and the root causes of issues.

A Wellbeing & Health Coach combines expertise with client strengths, translating theories into practical help for daily life. They are coaches and motivators, empowering you to advocate for your own health and wellbeing.

The Process of Coaching

Wellbeing & Health Coaching is a structured collaboration between the coach and you to achieve defined wellbing goals. It involves analyzing your current situation, identifying challenges, and creating an action plan for specific outcomes.

Trust is essential! In a free initial conversation by phone, online, or in-person, you can learn about the coach's approach. You share your goals, and the coach introduces their methods. Afterward, you can decide if you want to work together.

Once you agree to proceed, the coaching process begins. The WHC-client relationship is a productive partnership where the coach helps you:
