After a first personal, mutual information meeting via Zoom, you will learn Stress Management in this 60 single sessions. Please note that it is recommended to take multiple sessions to achieve a lasting effect and knowledge of most techniques. Our living and working world has become more complex and compact. Globalization and the use of new media require enormous engagement and constant availability More and more people are suffering from increasing time pressure and workload The recovery times are getting rarer and more difficult. We are in stress! Acute stress can be thrilling and exciting, The chronic stress - the grinding stress - wears people away day after day, year after year and makes sick The worst aspect of chronic stress is that we get used to it. We forget it's there. We are immediately aware of acute stress because it is new; but chronic stress we ignore because it is old, familiar, and sometimes, almost comfortable. This means that our health and wellbeing can quickly subside, which affects our quality of life and work. If we ignore it, we get sick! Stress is a problem for everyone from time to time, but the good news is that there are many different things you can do to reduce stress. The goal of this online course is to reduce stress in the long term. By getting to know new coping strategies, your will improve your ability to manage better in stressful situations.
